Free Postal Entry
Postal entries have the same chance of winning as online entries, except for the cost of postage. There is no additional fee to enter by post.
To enter by post, you must have an active account with Rose Gold Wins Ltd at the time your postal entry is processed. The details on your postcard must match exactly with those on your account.
To enter by post, send a handwritten plain postcard with the following details:
Full name
Address (including city and postcode)
Telephone number
Registered email address for your Rose Gold Wins Ltd account
The name of the competition you wish to enter
The correct answer to the competition question (if required on that competition page)
Your choice of prize (if required)
Handwriting must be clear. Illegible or incomplete entries will not be entered. No printed or typed entries will be accepted.
Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
Postcards should be sent to:
Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN. Please use first or second-class postage. Do not send entries signed for.
Postal entries must be received during the competition’s Promotion Period (dates available on the competition page) prior to the closing date. Entries received after the Promotion Period Closing Date will not be accepted.
You may send as many separate postal entries as you like, but only one entry per postcard per competition will be accepted. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and, if received, will be counted as one single entry.
Low-price competition rule: where the ticket entry price for a competition is lower than the current UK 2nd class stamp price at the time of entry, each valid postal entry will be multiplied to the next whole number so that the free-entry value equals or exceeds the current stamp price.
Example: if the ticket entry price is £0.50 and the current UK 2nd class stamp price is £0.91, each valid postal entry will receive 2 entries for that competition.
Proof of posting does not guarantee entry into the draw.
Posted entries will not be acknowledged or confirmed as received.
Any postal entries that do not meet the above requirements will be void.
All valid postal entries will be included in the prize draw along with online entries.
If any additional information is required on your entry, details will be provided on the competition page.
If the number of valid entries received reaches any competition cap or limit before your postal entry is received, your postal entry will not be entered into that draw.
Where the ticket entry price is lower than the current UK 2nd class stamp price,
valid postal entries for this competition are multiplied to the next whole number so the free-entry value
equals or exceeds that stamp price (currently 10 entries per valid postal entry).
