Our Prize competition terms and conditions set out the main rules for entering and running prize competitions (including how winners are chosen, prizes, and free postal entry in full detail). These Terms are focused on the Site, account use, and a short summary of other points. If anything on a competition page or in the Prize competition terms and conditions disagrees with these Terms for a given competition, the competition information and Prize competition terms and conditions take priority for that competition.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Eligibility

You may only use this Site and enter competitions if you are aged 18 years or over and a resident of the United Kingdom (unless a specific competition states otherwise). By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Full rules are in our Prize competition terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to request and verify proof of age, identity and address at any stage. If you do not satisfy eligibility requirements, your entries may be void and any prize may be withheld.

3. Account registration and security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

4. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and must not:

• breach any applicable law or regulation;
• transmit harmful code (including viruses, malware or spyware);
• engage in fraud or manipulate competitions or services;
• infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, networks, accounts or data.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, video, software and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Rose Gold Wins Ltd and is protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Refund policy

Entry fee treatment (including when refunds may or may not be available) is governed mainly by the Prize competition terms and conditions as they apply to each competition. In summary, entry fees are non-refundable in many cases, including where: (a) you later discover you are not eligible to enter or claim a prize; (b) eligibility requirements are not met; or (c) you are disqualified in accordance with these Terms and/or the Prize competition terms and conditions.

Where fraud, misrepresentation, concealment, hacking, system interference, or unauthorised code use is suspected, entries may be voided, no refund will be given, and future participation may be restricted.

8. Free postal entries

You may enter eligible competitions by paid online entry or by valid free postal entry (where offered), in accordance with our Postal entries information and the Prize competition terms and conditions (including clause 3.11 onwards).

A registered account is required to process postal entries. Entry details must match account details.

To enter by post, send a handwritten plain postcard including:

1. Full name
2. Address (including city and postcode)
3. Telephone number
4. Registered email address for your Rose Gold Wins Ltd account
5. Name of the competition
6. Correct answer to the skill-based question
7. Your choice of prize (if required)

Where a competition ticket price is below the current UK 2nd class stamp price, valid postal entries may be multiplied to the next whole number so the free-entry value equals or exceeds stamp cost. 9. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for loss or damage arising from third-party use.

10. How to purchase credit

Rose Gold Credit is site credit used for entries. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose Gold Wins Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rose Gold Wins Ltd from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where required for legal or operational reasons.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

17. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

18. Entire agreement and related terms

These Terms work together with our Privacy policy, Cookie policy, Website terms of use, Acceptable use policy and, for competitions, the Prize competition terms and conditions, as well as anything we publish on a given competition or on the Postal entries page, to form a complete set of terms for the Site and for entering competitions. If there is a conflict for a specific competition, the Prize competition terms and conditions and the competition page (and any post-specific information for that draw) take priority for that competition. For a conflict between these Site Terms and the Website terms of use, read both documents: where the topic is general site and IP use, the Website terms of use and Acceptable use policy usually lead; where the topic is a prize competition, the Prize competition terms and conditions lead.
